Σύντομο Βιογραφικό

Η κα Μπουραντά είναι Αναπληρώτρια Καθηγήτρια στο Μάνατζμεντ. Ξεκίνησε τις πανεπιστημιακές της σπουδές στο Οικονομικό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, στο τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων. Στην συνέχεια, παρακολούθησε το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα Διοίκηση Ολικής Ποιότητας του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς και ολοκλήρωσε το διδακτορικό της στο ίδιο Πανεπιστήμιο με θέμα σχετικό με την ποιότητα υπηρεσιών. Έχει εργαστεί στο Πανεπιστήμιο Πατρών και συνεργάζεται με το Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο και το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Διδάσκει τα μαθήματα: Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Διοίκηση Ανθρωπίνων Πόρων και Οργανωσιακή Συμπεριφορά σε προπτυχιακό και μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο. Εργασίες της έχουν δημοσιευθεί σε έγκριτα επιστημονικά περιοδικά, όπως International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, The TQM Journal, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management. Ορισμένες από τις ερευνητικές της εργασίες έχουν τύχει διεθνούς διάκρισης. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως ομιλήτρια σε διεθνή συνέδρια, έχει πλήθος εταιροαναφορών (citations) και είναι κριτής (reviewer) σε επιστημονικά περιοδικά του γνωστικού της αντικειμένου. Τα επιστημονικά της ενδιαφέροντα επικεντρώνονται στον ανθρώπινο παράγοντα (soft skills, emotional intelligence, leadership, job satisfaction) και την ποιότητα υπηρεσιών. Έχει εργαστεί τόσο στον ιδιωτικό όσο και στο δημόσιο τομέα για περισσότερο από 10 χρόνια.
