Ο Δρ. Ανδρέας Ε. Φουστέρης είναι Επίκουρος Καθηγητής στο Τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς.

Είναι κάτοχος Πτυχίου Οικονομικών από το Πανεπιστήμιο Πειραιώς, Μεταπτυχιακού στη Οργάνωση και Διοίκηση Βιομηχανικών Συστημάτων με εξειδίκευση στη Διαχείριση Ενέργειας & Περιβάλλοντος, από το Τμήμα Χημικών Μηχανικών του Εθνικού Μετσόβιου Πολυτεχνείου και από το Τμήμα Βιομηχανικής Διοίκησης και Τεχνολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς, Executive-MBA από το Τμήμα Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς και Διδακτορικού Διπλώματος στην Οργάνωση και Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς. Είναι επίσης Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).

Με σχεδόν δύο δεκαετίες επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας στον ιδιωτικό τομέα, ο Δρ. Ανδρέας Ε. Φουστέρης έχει αναλάβει διευθυντικές θέσεις στον χρηματοπιστωτικό κλάδο, στον συμβουλευτικό κλάδο, καθώς και σε όμιλο που δραστηριοποιείται στις υποδομές, τις παραχωρήσεις, τις ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας και την ανάπτυξη ακινήτων, με κύριους τομείς ευθύνης τα χρηματοοικονομικά, τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα, τον επιχειρηματικό σχεδιασμό, τον επιχειρηματικό μετασχηματισμό, τη στρατηγική και τη διαχείριση προμηθειών.

Τα επιστημονικά και ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα επικεντρώνονται στην Οικονομική Ανάλυση, στη Δημόσια Οικονομική, στη Διαχείριση Ενέργειας και Περιβάλλοντος, στη Διαχείριση Τεχνολογίας και Καινοτομίας, στην Ανάπτυξη Οικονομοτεχνικών Μελετών (Business Plans & Feasibility Studies), στην Εταιρική Διακυβέρνηση, στη Βιώσιμη Ανάπτυξη και στην Επιχειρηματικότητα.
