Dr. Dorothea Kossyva is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the School of Economics, Business, and International Studies of the University of Piraeus.
She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Piraeus, and a Bachelor's degree in Balkan Studies from the University of Western Macedonia.
At the undergraduate level, she has taught at the Hellenic Open University, the Department of Tourism Studies at the University of Piraeus, and the Department of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). At the postgraduate level, she has lectured in the MBA program at the University of Nicosia.
Her scientific work has been published in esteemed international journals, including the Journal of Knowledge Management and Management Research Review. She has also participated in international academic conferences and serves as a reviewer for international scientific journals.
Her research interests focus on strategic management, coopetition strategy, strategic human resource management, knowledge management, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
