Leonidas Chytiris is a Professor of Management and TM Director at the Department of Business Administration of the University of Piraeus. He received his Ph.D and M.A in Management from the University of Kent, UK.

Professor Chytiris has published over 70 articles in Greek and English. Some of them have appeared in prestigious referred Journals including The Cornell Hotel and Restaurant Administration Quarterly, The International Journal of Hospitality Management, The Hospitality Education and Research Journal and The FIU-Florida International University-Review, Journal of Management Development, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Operation Research: An international journal, The Journal of Current Research in Global Business. He has also authored five books on Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Tourism Management. In addition, he serves as a reviewer in top scientific journals..
