Filotheos Ntalianis is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior/Management, in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Piraeus. He holds a PhD degree in Organizational Behaviour from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. His professional experience is in the areas of Human Resources, training and development and compliance. His research currently focuses on the areas of personality, motivation, psychological contracts, work attitudes, stress, religiosity and small business. His work has been published in journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Learning and Individual Differences and International Journal of Organizational Analysis.
